IVA International Singing Competition uses the information you provide to administer your entry and respond to your enquiries.
What we collect
The application form requests your name, age, date of birth, email, nationality, vocal part where relevant, teacher name, performance link, one category and group, personal photo, payment method and payment status. A manual payment information attachment is optional. Do not upload card numbers, passwords or bank login details.
The separate contact form collects your name, email address, enquiry subject, optional application reference and message. Administrators may record internal notes and a handling status to respond to your enquiry.
Where it is stored
Applications, contact messages and attachments are stored in IVA's separate data directory on a server in Hong Kong. Only authorized competition administrators can view private records. Backup copies are kept on the same server. Public results and Gallery portraits are managed separately from private entry files.
